From Central Station to the Cathedral : discover Antwerp's icons

In Antwerp, you walk in one straight line from the railroad cathedral, Central Station, to Our Lady's Cathedral.

You have a choice of two walking directions for this walk: from west (Grote Markt) to east (Central Station) or vice versa. With the walk "From Central Station to the Cathedral" you will discover the most famous places of Antwerp.

From the cozy Groenplaats to the Boerentoren, the long shopping boulevard Meir and the bustling De Keyserlei, Antwerp will soon have no secrets for you. Architectural gems like the restored Royal Palace in Meir, sparkling shop windows and painters Rubens, Van Dyck and Teniers provide just the right variety during your stroll. 

With the walk "From Central Station to the Cathedral," you walk through spacious pedestrian zones. Moreover, the route offers you a nice general view of the city centre. This walk is the perfect introduction to the city.
